Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and supporting the daily operations ensuring each guest is genuinely welcomed and pampered during their visit.
- Delivering discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team.
- Remaining focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests.
- Being knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seeking opportunities to promote them.
- Communicating regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently delivering on time to an excellent standard.
