Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and supporting the daily operations ensuring each guest is genuinely welcomed and pampered during their visit.
  • Delivering discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team.
  • Remaining focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests.
  • Being knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seeking opportunities to promote them.
  • Communicating regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently delivering on time to an excellent standard.
