Our hotel's majestic clock defines the city's skyline and has run three minutes fast since we opened in 1902 to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your key responsibilities:
- Apply your people skills, professionalism, and telephone skills to a crucial role at the forefront of a world-leading luxury hotel.
- Deal with all accommodation enquiries, convert enquiries into bookings, input all bookings into the system, and confirm, amend, or cancel reservations as required.
- Assist the Reservations Manager UK in maximising room sales at the highest possible average rate.
- Support with general guest enquiries and resolve any challenges as appropriately and professionally as possible.
