Our hotel's majestic clock defines the city's skyline, and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your key responsibilities:
- Help to ensure the seamless running of the overnight Front Office.
- Be responsible for delivering an unforgettable stay for our guests.
- Be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift.
- Deal with guest requests, check guests in and out, answer any telephone enquiries.
- Deliver a discreet service that exceeds the exceptional standards set by Rocco Forte Hotels.
- Work alongside the Night Manager and other Night Team Members.
