Your key responsibilities include:
- Being the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk
- Offering our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting
- Overseeing daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Working closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests
- Providing training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient
- Being knowledgeable of the hotel and our products
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
