The Care Worker role is one of the most important roles within our company and is one of the most rewarding. This role helps the service users to live in the community for as long as possible by providing the care and support required to individuals and families. As a Care Worker you will be expected to provide a cultural and ethnic sensitive service which is integral to the provision of home care.

To fulfil this role, the perfect candidate needs to be able to cope with pressure and change, must have excellent communication skills along with a caring nature. Being patient and good tempered is essential for this role. The candidate should be professional, polite and attentive at all times and should always be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly.
