Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in creating, monitoring, managing and reporting on UK and export projects.
- Knowledge of export documentation (preferred).
- Experience in direct customer contact within a B2B environment.
- Solid academic background including good GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Familiarity with the construction industry (preferred).

Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from handover to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and outstanding customer experience. You’ll work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance and Despatch teams and provide technical support to overseas Technical Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from sales handover through to completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed and addressing inquiries in line with the Customer Communication Plan (CCP).
- Maintain accurate project data including milestones, costings and sales values.
- Drive proactive project management, securing drawing approvals, issuing invoices promptly and managing variations.
- Coordinate logistics, arranging UK and overseas shipments in line with export procedures and budgets.
- Collaborate with Asset Manager and subcontractors, ensuring RAMS are in place and equipment is available for tank builds.
