Balmoral Tanks Ltd is a leading European engineering design and manufacturing company. Following significant investment in both our people and facilities, we now offer what is believed to be the most comprehensive single-source range of tank products in the EU. We’re looking for motivated and reliable General Operators to join our team at Balmoral Tanks in Thurnscoe for a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on, factory-based role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards, while working safely and efficiently to support production targets. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering “right first time” and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working safely at all times in line with company policies and procedures
- Supporting production schedules to meet dispatch targets
- Operating equipment such as grinding tools and lifting machinery
- Loading and unloading materials and supporting general factory operations
- Inspecting goods to ensure quality, accuracy, and condition meet specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Wearing appropriate PPE at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across production and other departments
- Completing training and contributing to your own development
- Carrying out general labouring duties as required

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment (desirable)
