What You'll Be Doing
As our new Contracts Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds our contracts team together, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication and top-tier service delivery. You'll work closely with managers, departments and clients to keep everything running like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing contract documents with accuracy and speed
- Matching timesheets with tracker reports and flagging discrepancies
- Booking accommodation and building a cost-saving database
- Keeping project files up to date with the latest releases
- Supporting transport and fleet coordination including lifting equipment and vehicle scheduling
- Handling customer queries and liaising with site teams
- Assisting with billing purchase orders and mobilisation documentation
- Jumping in to support ad hoc tasks across the contracts team
