Balmoral Estate is recruiting an Estate Maintenance Person to support the upkeep and day-to-day maintenance of the estate. The role suits a qualified tradesperson with broad practical skills who is comfortable working across a range of maintenance tasks in a large estate setting.
The role: You will carry out general estate maintenance and repair work across buildings and grounds. You will apply your core trade skills while supporting other maintenance disciplines as required. You will respond to routine and planned maintenance tasks as part of the wider estates team. You will work to high standards of safety, care, and workmanship in a working estate environment.
Working pattern: This is a full-time permanent role. Working hours will be agreed as part of the appointment. Accommodation may be available, subject to availability and role requirements.
