Balmer Lawn is a well-established 4-star hotel in the heart of the New Forest, known for delivering stylish, personal and memorable weddings. We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Wedding Executive to join our growing Sales & Events team. This is a hybrid role combining sales, marketing contribution and full wedding delivery.
You will manage the entire wedding journey from initial enquiry through to event day, while actively driving new business and growing the wedding pipeline. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable selling, planning and delivering.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and convert wedding enquiries
- Conduct professional and engaging show rounds
- Proactively generate new leads through networking, partnerships and events
- Maintain ownership of the wedding pipeline and forward bookings
- Maximise revenue through upgrades and enhancements
- Support wedding showcases and promotional activity
- Build relationships with planners and trusted suppliers
- Manage the full client journey from booking to event day
- Conduct final details meetings
- Ensure contracts, deposits and payments are managed accurately
- Provide clear event details to operational teams
- Attend weddings to ensure seamless delivery
- Contribute ideas for packages, seasonal offers and promotions
- Support online presence and wedding content
- Encourage and monitor guest reviews
- Maintain accurate CRM and reporting data
- Experience in wedding or event coordination
- Strong sales confidence and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
- Ability to work weekends as required
- Experience in a 4-star or luxury environment desirable
- £30,000 per annum
