Midlands Truck and Van are the approved Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealership representing the West Midlands & Shropshire areas. We are located at Birmingham, Coventry & Wolverhampton.
We currently have a position for a Parts Advisor working out of our Coventry Depot working on the Late shift. The role will support all aspects of the depot and will include tasks associated with a busy parts department. The person we seek will ideally have experience within a busy automotive type business. Proactive and resourceful, you will have a committed approach to customer care and be an excellent communicator with knowledge of the computer system ADP/Kerridge being a great advantage.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Experience of commercial Vehicle / Automotive dealerships
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of a busy parts environment whilst using multiple systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Good working knowledge of ADP
