Key Duties:
- Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Order and receive parts from suppliers
- Organize and store parts in an orderly, accessible way
- Liaise with technicians to ensure parts are ready when needed
- Keep parts storage clean and well-organized
- Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) for records, scheduling, and communication
- Locate and source cost-effective parts for repairs without compromising quality
- Assist with workshop scheduling and job planning
- Keep records and systems updated accurately
- Support the workshop team with general coordination tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Experience in a parts or service role.
- Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Clear communication skills, both with customers and team members
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Knowledge of Commercial vehicle Parts is an advantage.
- Must be a good communicator and have great customer satisfaction skills
