The Food & Beverage Supervisors support F&B Customer Service Managers (CSM) in driving an efficient and profitable food and beverage operation. The F&B Supervisor is accountable for supporting the CSM’s in the responsibility of the daily operations of the business that prepare and serve food and drinks (kitchen, valet and bars) to the external and internal customer base. The role has responsibility for supervision of quality control, staff engagement, staff productivity, inventory, and health and safety compliance. The vision of the role is focused on supporting the management team in maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction.
Please note, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests. This means that as a member of our team, you may be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
So, what will you be doing?
- Deals with and resolves customer queries and disputes in accordance with Company procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff.
- Coach staff on upselling, product knowledge and customer service.
- Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served.
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Train & mentor staff to maximize productivity.
- Assist in menu planning and special event organization.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and oversight.

- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and self-manage.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Food Safety Level 2.
- Stocktaking experience and knowledge.
