Bally\'s Croupiers are the frontline ambassadors of the casino, responsible for delivering an exceptional gaming experience to our valued customers. They are empowered to service the operation of the live gaming floor at our sites, ensuring that Bally\'s core service values are demonstrated in every interaction.

Crucially, our Croupiers are also responsible for maintaining game efficiency, integrity, and consistency. They must be skilled in the technical aspects of operating gaming tables, while also ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in accordance with established protocols. As a Croupier you will play a vital role in creating an exciting and memorable experience for our customers and their dedication and expertise are essential to the success and reputation of our casino operations.

This role is part time with contracts that vary between 8 hours and 24 hours per week.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Delivering a top class and tailored commentary and service experience to every guest.
  • Demonstrating gaming product knowledge and providing audible commentary to inform players of the progress of the game and enable surveillance to monitor all chip and cash transactions.
  • Developing an ability to deliver learn to play sessions.
  • Full responsibility for the operation of assigned Gaming table.
  • Ensuring gaming transactions are completed and recorded accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures.
  • Ensuring table transactions are properly accounted for through the accurate and transparent reconciliation of funds and monitoring float levels.
  • Maintaining game protection through managing and reporting suspicious, aggressive and major play action in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of rules, processes and gaming equipment functionality.
  • Rating and recording of customer activity and cash drop.
  • Leading by example in the confident and appropriate resolution of player disputes in line with company policies.

And what are we looking for?

  • Possess live gaming table experience with the ability to deal a minimum of 2 live table gaming games.
  • Have robust understanding of Gaming legislation.
  • Possess knowledge of Personal Gaming Licence responsibilities.
  • Possess the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Have a technical understanding of Gaming product and offering.
  • Be a customer focused self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
