Bally’s Casino Food & Beverage Team Members play a vital role in supporting the casino's food and beverage operations.
Their primary focus is to ensure the department runs efficiently and profitably, contributing to the overall success of the business.
As an F&B Team Member, you will be accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience in the casino's dining and drinking areas.
Your mission will be to deliver excitement and entertainment to every guest who visits these spaces, creating an atmosphere that keeps them coming back.
At the heart of your role is a commitment to outstanding customer service.
You will work closely with the management team to identify ways to maximise sales and revenue, all while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Please note, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests.
This means that as a member of our team, you may be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting the operations of food & beverage areas by greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and drink.
- Delivering a consistent customer service focused environment and positively endorsing and contributing to the company philosophy of being the destination of choice for customers.
- Showing awareness and understanding of all F&B commerciality, adhering to processes and procedures that minimise financial risk to the business.
- Providing exceptional service standards to both internal and external customers.
- Working as part of a team with both operational staff and managers.
- Being customer centric with a positive, concise communication style.
And what are we looking for?
- To meet legal obligations, you must be 18 years of age or over.
- Possess experience in a customer facing role within a high-volume environment - preferably within an entertainment, F&B or Hospitality setting.
- Be customer service focused with an organised and efficient approach to work.
- Have practical knowledge of service industry and service culture.
- Understanding of the relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol and the relevant rules and regulations on H&S legislation.
- Experience in Micros and stocktaking is desirable.
- Be a team player with the ability to work to own initiative in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
