More about the role This role sits in the International vertical, working on our UK & Ireland market. The brands within our portfolio include Bally Bet, Virgin Games, Jackpotjoy, MONOPOLY Casino, and Rainbow Riches Casino - brands that millions of players love and trust. In this Sportsbook Marketing Analytics role, you'll be embedded within our Paid Media team with a primary focus on Digital Media campaign activation for our sportsbook product. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a driven and sports-enthusiastic individual to kick-start their career in digital marketing.
So, what will you be doing?
- Building and launching paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, in-app environments, and a range of DSPs and media publishers such as Goal.com.
- Working within CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) and Appsflyer to manage campaign trafficking and tracking.
- Working with creative teams to brief, develop and deliver compelling campaign assets that resonate with sports audiences across multiple formats and platforms.
- Keeping a close eye on the sporting calendar to ensure campaigns are planned, scheduled, and activated around key sporting events, seasons, and moments that matter to our audiences.
- Working with our partners and sponsorship team to deliver campaigns around our sponsorship of NFFC, including Digital-Out-of-Home and match day programmes.
- Monitoring and optimising live campaigns to hit key performance indicators including CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), making data-led decisions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Pulling together clear and insightful performance reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, turning data into actionable insights.
- Bringing fresh thinking to the table by researching new platforms, sporting publishers, audience trends, and campaign formats — and sharing ideas that could help us reach more players in smarter ways.
- Providing adhoc support to the Acquisition team on Casino campaigns as needed.
And what are we looking for?
- A degree in marketing, mathematics, sciences, engineering, economics or similar.
- A passion or strong interest in sport — whether you follow football, racing, tennis or anything in between, an enthusiasm for the sporting world will help you connect with the campaigns you're working on.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and an appetite to understand how paid media drives real business results.
- A basic understanding of Excel, including using pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
- A natural grasp of numbers, who likes making evidence-based decisions and is results-driven.
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail - campaign management involves a lot of moving parts, and you'll need to stay on top of them.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen interest in the creative side of advertising as well as the data and optimisation.
