Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. Our Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and customer experience at the casino. They report to and support the Housekeeping Supervisor. The role involves ensuring areas are cleaned efficiently to aid in creating a clean, friendly, entertaining and safe casino environment. All housekeepers work in accordance with regulations through following COSHH, Health & Safety procedures and escalating any issues to their line manager.
Please note this role is part time and you would be contracted to 20 hours per week. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests. This means that as a member of our team, you will be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor in completion of the daily cleaning schedule that supports the needs of the business and managers.
- Undertaking reactive cleaning duties.
- Focusing on minimising risk to employees and patrons by following relevant H&S legislation.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service through acknowledging and greeting customers.

- Understanding of COSHH.
- Someone who is happy to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Availability to work evenings, nights and weekends when required.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team members and management.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Have awareness of health and safety procedures/regulations.
