Requirements

  • Possess previous extensive payroll experience
  • Preferred experience in EMEA payroll
  • Large platform payroll applications experience – ideally UKG Pro, activpayroll
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS office applications
  • Have an analytical mindset with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Have strong organisational skills & the ability to meet strict deadlines

What the job involves

  • Ensuring employee wages are paid in accordance with all applicable country, local regulations, and employment contract agreements
  • Ensuring employee payments and deductions are properly calculated and accurate for processing
  • Responsible for assigned payroll process and data accuracy, including uploading data on time
  • Auditing all preview payroll reports for anomalies; identifies and addresses issues within the data set
  • Preparing year end payroll and benefits data
  • Tracking queries with external payroll provider
  • Providing Excel analytics and reporting, ad-hoc and scheduled
  • Following and complying with all internal and external audit narratives
  • Delivering excellent customer service by providing accurate and meaningful answers to employee payroll and tax inquiries
  • Collaborating with other shared service divisions
  • Adhering to learning guides/Standard Operations Procedures (“SOP”) and best practice content
  • Maintaining payroll record retention for all edits and adjustments
