More About The Role

This role sits in the International vertical, working on our UK & Ireland market. The brands within our portfolio include Bally Bet, Virgin Games, Jackpotjoy, MONOPOLY Casino, and Rainbow Riches Casino – brands that millions of players love and trust. In this Digital Media Executive role, you’ll be embedded within our Paid Media team with a primary focus on Digital Media campaign activation for our sportsbook product. This is an exciting entry‑level opportunity for a driven and sports‑enthusiastic individual to kick‑start their career in digital marketing.

What will you be doing?

  • Building and launching paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, in‑app environments, and a range of DSPs and media publishers such as Goal.com.
  • Managing campaign trafficking and tracking with CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) and Appsflyer.
  • Briefing, developing and delivering compelling campaign assets with creative teams that resonate with sports audiences across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Planning, scheduling, and activating campaigns around key sporting events, seasons, and moments that matter to our audiences.
  • Collaborating with partners and sponsorship teams to deliver campaigns around our sponsorship of NFFC, including Digital‑Out‑of‑Home and match‑day programmes.
  • Monitoring and optimising live campaigns to hit KPIs such as CPA and ROAS, making data‑led decisions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Preparing clear and insightful performance reports using Power BI and Tableau, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Researching new platforms, sporting publishers, audience trends, and campaign formats to reach more players in smarter ways.
  • Providing ad‑hoc support to the Acquisition team on Casino campaigns as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • A degree in marketing, mathematics, sciences, engineering, economics or similar.
  • A passion or strong interest in sport – enthusiasm for the sporting world will help you connect with the campaigns you’re working on.
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing and an appetite to understand how paid media drives real business results.
  • A basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
  • Numbers‑savvy, evidence‑based decision‑making, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; campaign management involves many moving parts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen interest in the creative side of advertising as well as data and optimisation.
