Bally’s Intralot is uniquely positioned across digital online gaming markets, lottery, iLottery, and sports betting.
As the first point of contact for all incoming communications and visitors, the Front of House Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves supporting the booking of travel and events across the company, as well as assisting with a variety of ongoing projects. The coordinator will also collaborate closely with different departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and support larger company initiatives. This is a dynamic and evolving position that requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to the ever‑changing needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing general office and front‑of‑house duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors.
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, professional, and presentable at all times.
- Monitoring & managing the Facilities email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Tracking and managing temporary access cards for visitors and contractors.
- Liaising with external suppliers and contractors to support office operations and maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate visitor and maintenance logs.
- Setting up and providing refreshments for external guests and boardroom meetings.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings for staff.
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels of general office supplies.
- Receiving and distributing deliveries for the London office.
- Arranging courier bookings as required.
- Preparing new starter welcome packs and conducting office tours for new employees.
- Maintaining and updating the list of office Fire Wardens and First Aiders; coordinating necessary training and certification when required.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events and initiatives, working collaboratively with other teams where needed.
- Carrying out additional administrative or operational tasks as directed by your Manager or Senior Management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong reporting and data handling skills, particularly in Excel.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
