It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally\'s Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. With 10,600 employees, the Company\'s casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally\'s will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Well, what about the team? Our Internal Communications and Employer Branding team leads the development and execution of Bally’s external employer branding strategy, positioning the company as an employer of choice across our global locations. We manage Bally’s candidate-facing channels, including social media platforms and careers websites, ensuring they reflect our culture and promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). We collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, the People team, and creative teams. So, what will you be doing? Developing and implementing a comprehensive external employer branding strategy, highlighting our EVP and key differentiators. Owning and managing the company’s Employer Branding platforms, including social media channels and careers websites, with an opportunity to oversee the launch of a new global careers’ website in 2025. Overseeing the creation and management of an engaging content calendar, including ads, blogs, social media posts, targeted campaigns, company news, etc. Partnering with talent leaders to align the employer branding strategy with hiring priorities and talent needs across global locations. Collaborating with creative teams and agencies to produce high-quality, visually engaging materials. Managing a global yearly budget, contracting, and onboarding for key employment events, sponsorships, industry awards, merchandising, advertising, and content creation. Defining and monitoring key metrics to evaluate the success of employer branding campaigns. And what are we looking for? Extensive experience in employer branding, marketing, or corporate communications, ideally in a global or multinational organization. Proven expertise in messaging strategy, storytelling, and crafting integrated campaigns across multiple platforms. Previous experience managing candidate-facing channels such as social media and careers websites. Proven track record of successfully implementing award strategies and securing external recognition. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Creative thinking, a keen eye for design, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management.
