About Us

Bally’s Intralot is a newly formed company established through the combination of Intralot and Bally’s International Interactive, positioning the group as a top iGaming operator and a leading global provider of lottery solutions. Bally’s Intralot is uniquely positioned across digital online gaming markets, lottery, iLottery, and sports betting. Operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and entertainment, we are optimally positioned to capitalise on strong global growth trends driven by digital adoption and regulatory expansion across lottery and iGaming markets.

More About The Role

This is more than a coordination role - it's a career accelerator. You'll work at the very centre of Bally's Intralot and Bally’s Corporation, gaining first‑hand insight into how a senior leadership team runs a global gaming business. You'll see how decisions are made, how strategy is shaped, and how the business operates at the highest level. For someone with ambition and a genuine interest in the gaming industry, this is a rare opportunity.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented Co‑ordinator to join the Chief of Staff Office. You will support the Chief of Staff to the CEO and the global Senior Leadership Team across operational, administrative, and coordination activities. The role sits at the centre of the business, providing unparalleled visibility across every function and direct exposure to strategic priorities. Confidentiality and discretion are essential at all times.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Coordinating meetings and managing logistics for the global SLT across multiple time zones.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of London‑based events including team socials, off‑site events, and charity fundraisers.
  • Tracking actions from key meetings, maintaining trackers, and following up with SLT members to ensure decisions translate into actions.
  • Coordinating production of Board Papers and key documents, working with the leadership team to gather contributions and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
  • Helping to coordinate the quarterly company broadcast, pulling content together with colleagues across the business, and supporting ad‑hoc communications as needed.
  • Taking accurate notes and minutes at key meetings and distributing them promptly – distilling complex conversations into clear, concise records.
  • Taking ownership of special projects from start to finish, including desk research, data gathering, process improvement, and supporting strategic priorities.
  • Managing timelines and driving projects to completion with genuine autonomy.
  • Supporting expense reports, travel arrangements, and other tasks flowing through the Chief of Staff Office – adaptability, willingness to learn, and comfort with ambiguity are key.

And what are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience of office‑based administrative or coordination work.
  • Experience supporting financial administration (POs, invoices, and expenses).
  • Absolute discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong project management skills and comfortable managing timelines and multiple work streams.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines with flexibility to reprioritise.
  • Excellent stakeholder management building relationships at all levels and follows up assertively without formal authority.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A self‑starter who is proactive, takes initiative, and works autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (face‑to‑face, telephone, and written).
  • Good IT skills (competent in Microsoft Teams and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and a willingness to embrace AI tools).
  • Accurate minute‑taking skills with the ability to process complex information quickly.
  • Comfortable working with a global team across multiple time zones.
  • An interest in the gaming industry and enthusiasm for Bally's purpose and values.

What will you gain?

  • A front‑row seat to how a global senior leadership team operates within a leading gaming business.
  • Direct exposure to the bridge between the CEO and the wider organisation – a rare vista point for any career stage.
  • Exposure to strategic decision‑making, board‑level discussions, and company‑wide communications.
  • The opportunity to own and deliver special projects end to end, building genuine project management experience.
  • The opportunity to build relationships across every level of the organisation and across geographies.
  • Experience working with cutting‑edge AI tools in a forward‑thinking organisation.
  • A dynamic, supportive, and fast‑paced working environment where your contribution truly matters.
  • The opportunity to develop a working understanding of financial language and gaming industry terminology – the Chief of Staff Office operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, so building fluency in these areas will be a key part of your development.

What benefits will you get?

  • 25 days annual leave, plus the bank holiday allowance.
  • Health insurance.
  • Company share scheme.
  • Volunteering days.
  • Home office allowance.
  • Wellness or Gym allowance.
  • Flexi‑block policy allowing you to work abroad for up to four weeks a year.
  • Enjoy free drinks after work every Wednesday and Thursday, with regular themed events and entertainment, plus a rooftop terrace to enjoy.
  • Annual Summer and Christmas parties.
