MAJOR FOCUS
- Manage the efficient operation of the Cage, Vault, Main Bank, and Marker Bank.
- Track coin and currency transactions, count and verify cash/coin/ticket transactions, and assist the Cage Supervisor.
The Role: Main Banker
Responsibilities:
- Maintain adequate coin/currency levels in the Cashiers' Cage.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Ensure floor locations are properly impressed with currency.
- Accurately prepare coin shipments and bank deposits.
- Organize vault contents for easy counting.
- Complete all relevant paperwork, including cash counts and bank summaries.
- Complete currency transaction reports as required by law.
- Reconcile inventories and transactions at shift end.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and forward paperwork to accounting.
- Reconcile jackpot machines and CTKs as needed.
- Safeguard cash drawers and assets.
- Verify transactions at shift start and end.
- Make change and exchange tickets for cash.
- Maintain coin sort equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of assets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Ability to pass background check and obtain DE Lottery license.
