Ballyrobert Mazda is looking for a self-motivated New Car Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by creating energy and excitement around the brand. This opportunity would suit a Senior Sales Consultant who wants to progress their career towards management or someone already in a controller role looking for further experience with a new brand.
The successful applicant must be able to:
- Ensure that the team sells an agreed volume of new vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability and meeting customer satisfaction objectives.
- Enjoy meeting customers and closing deals.
- Promote the brand values in the local area.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives and strive to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation, drive, and good business sense.
