Ballyrobert is looking for a self-motivated New Car Controller to join their team at Ballyrobert Mazda. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by creating energy and excitement around the brand. The successful applicant must be able to:

  • Ensure that the team sells an agreed volume of new vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability and meeting customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Enjoy meeting customers and closing deals.
  • Promote the brand values in the local area.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives and strive to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation, drive, and good business sense.
  • Have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to seek out, negotiate, and secure profitable sales of new vehicles and additional products to the retail sector.
  • Exhibit excellent management skills and the ability to motivate staff.
