Job Summary
Ballyrobert is looking for a self-motivated Selling New Car Controller to support the sales team. This role is ideal for a Senior Sales Consultant or a controller seeking advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the team sells an agreed volume of new vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability and meeting customer satisfaction objectives.
- Hands on role in which you enjoy meeting customers and closing deals.
- Promote the brand values in the local area.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives and strive to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
- Must have a high level of motivation and drive and a good business sense.
- Must have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and can seek out, negotiate, and secure profitable sales of new vehicles and additional products to the retail sector.
- Demonstrate excellent management skills and the ability to motivate staff.
- Ensure correct administration procedures are adhered to by all sales staff.
- Build prospective business by asking for referrals, following up on prospects, and calling prospective customers.
- Participate fully in measurement and feedback processes, to complete and return documentation on time and to embrace personal training and development opportunities.
