Ballymore Asset Management is seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Development to design and establish a best‑in‑class L&D function from the ground up. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to shape how learning, capability and performance are developed across the organisation.

The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes, while creating robust competency frameworks aligned to business objectives, professional standards and future growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the Learning & Development function for Ballymore Asset Management
  • Design and deliver high‑quality learning programmes across technical, leadership and behavioural skills
  • Create and implement competency frameworks
  • Conduct capability and learning needs analyses across teams and roles
  • Embed a culture of continuous learning and professional development
