Land Manager

Reporting to the Head of Land Acquisition in this market-facing role, responsibilities will include: Screening initial opportunities Conducting initial due diligence, data room tracking, legal technical and financial appraisals Running feasibility studies including running design team consultants Drafting Investment Memorandums / Investment Committee Reports Tracking public procurement opportunities Ongoing project tracking and pipeline feasibility studies for the existing landbank Land assembly Skills, Experience & Qualifications Working knowledge of Argus Developer Existing peer group network within London land market Numerically literate with a commercial focus Ability to summarise commercial and technical reports Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management Degree educated with a min 2:1 from a top tier university Ballymore are an equal opportunities employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
