Ballymore Asset Management is seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Development to design and establish a best-in-class L&D function from the ground up. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to shape how learning, capability and performance are developed across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes, while creating robust competency frameworks aligned to business objectives, professional standards and future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Learning & Development function for Ballymore Asset Management
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning programmes across technical, leadership and behavioural skills
  • Create and implement competency frameworks
  • Conduct capability and learning needs analyses across teams and roles
  • Embed a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions support business strategy
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role, ideally within asset management or real estate
  • Demonstrable experience building an L&D function or frameworks from scratch
  • Strong capability in learning design, facilitation and blended learning delivery
  • Experience developing competency frameworks and progression models
  • Commercially astute, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about learning, talent development and organisational capability
