Overview
We are recruiting for a Day Cleaner to join Ballymore at our development, Royal Wharf (E16).
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
- Ensure the staff uniform is worn and standards of appearance are maintained at all times.
- Display and follow Health & Safety signs and procedures for all chemicals and equipment before carrying out work.
- Maintain designated areas to a very high standard using the methods described in the SOP.
- Clean all flat and vertical surfaces in your areas as per schedule and specification.
- Report any damage or defects immediately to the Senior Property Manager.
- Keep your equipment in good working order and report any faults to your manager.
- Address all residents, visitors and staff in accordance with the company standards at all times.
- Attend on-the-job staff customer care and in-house training courses.
- Report maintenance issues including light bulbs, trip hazards, etc. to your manager.
