You will lead Security, Concierge and front‑of‑house operations to ensure a safe, secure and exceptional resident experience across the estate, with a 42‑hour week (4 on 4 off) from 10:00 to 22:00.
The role includes recruitment, training, incident response, fire safety, audits and reporting, plus liaising with residents, occupiers and contractors.
