Role Overview: We are looking for skilled CPCS 360 Excavator / Digger Operators with a blue card to join our team in the Milton Keynes Area Key Responsibilities: * Excavation Operations: Safely and efficiently operate a 360-degree excavator/digger to perform earthmoving and excavation tasks. * Reading Drawings: Interpret and work from drawings and site plans to ensure accuracy in excavation. * Safety Compliance: Adhere to all site safety regulations and ensure the safe operation of machinery at all times. * Site Coordination: Work closely with other site staff to ensure that all excavation work is completed according to project timelines and specifications. * Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the excavator to ensure it is in good working order. Key Skills and Qualifications: * CPCS Blue Card: A valid CPCS blue card for 360 Excavator Above and Below 10 tonnes is required. Lifting Ops is desired but not essential * GPS Experience: Experience with GPS-guided excavation is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. * Proof of Right to Work in the UK: Essential. * Experience: Previous experience operating 360 excavators/diggers on large-scale construction projects. * Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with other site personnel. * Flexibility: Willingness to work in various locations across the Aylesbury, Bicester, Banbury, and Birmingham areas.
