Role Overview

We are looking for skilled CPCS 360 Excavator / Digger Operators with a blue card to join our team in the Aylesbury area

Key Responsibilities

  • Excavation Operations: Safely and efficiently operate a 360-degree excavator/digger to perform earthmoving and excavation tasks.
  • Reading Drawings: Interpret and work from drawings and site plans to ensure accuracy in excavation.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all site safety regulations and ensure the safe operation of machinery at all times.
  • Site Coordination: Work closely with other site staff to ensure that all excavation work is completed according to project timelines and specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the excavator to ensure it is in good working order.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • CPCS Blue Card: A valid CPCS blue card for 360 Excavator Above and Below 10 tonnes is required. Lifting Ops is desired but not essential
  • GPS Experience: Experience with GPS-guided excavation is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK: Essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience operating 360 excavators/diggers on large-scale construction projects.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with other site personnel.
