We are currently seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join our team in Acton. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in shuttering and formwork carpentry, with a proven track record of working on large-scale RC frame projects. You must have good experience in carpentry and core work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shuttering and Formwork: Construct and dismantle shuttering and formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
- Reading Drawings: Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring that all measurements and alignments are accurate.
- Material Handling: Select and prepare the appropriate materials for shuttering and formwork, ensuring they are ready for concrete pouring.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to achieve the best results.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
To Be Successful You Must Have:
- Valid CSCS Card.
- IPAF (essential)
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
