About the Role
Working on the scenic Redcliffe Peninsula, this role will provide clinical leadership and hands-on nursing care to residents, including those living with dementia, requiring high-level care, or receiving palliative support. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will promote dignity, independence, and quality of life while delivering evidence-based, compassionate care aligned with BallyCara's SONA values and commitment to positive ageing.
Please note this is a Maternity Leave coverage contract position supporting our Residents on Tuesday and Wednesday each week from 6:30am – 2:30pm, additional shifts may be available from time to time to cover sick/annual leave and there may be an opportunity for review or further contracts based on performance & service needs.
