What you will be doing:
- Play a critical role in supporting residents with complex needs, ensuring dignity, comfort and clinical excellence.
- Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Our residents may include those living with dementia, those requiring high care, and those receiving palliative or end-of-life care.
- You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing is supported.
- This role is central to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for every individual.
- You will actively promote the BallyCara culture of respect, dignity, positive ageing and the SONA values, ensuring the provision of safe, evidence-based, and exceptional clinical practice through compassionate care, professional integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
