About the role:
As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll:
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and care plans
- Work collaboratively with allied health, support teams, and referrers
- Support clients to live well, stay independent, and feel heard
- Maintain professional standards, documentation, and compliance
