About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care team on a casual basis at our Scarborough site. Every shift is an opportunity to create meaningful moments and support residents to live with dignity, independence, and connection.
In This Role You Will:
- Provide high-quality personal care with empathy and respect
- Support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and emotional wellbeing
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary care team
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
- Promote independence, choice, and person-centred care
- Follow clinical procedures and Aged Care Quality Standards to ensure safe, quality care
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring:
- Interest in working on a casual basis
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded
- A caring, compassionate, and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to quality care
- Physical capability to safely perform the requirements of the role

- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
