About the role

This is a full‑time, hands‑on maintenance role where you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of buildings, facilities, and shared spaces. From small repairs to larger maintenance tasks, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs (carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting)
  • Maintain buildings and shared spaces to a high standard
  • Complete work orders and daily tasks in line with priorities
  • Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
  • Support event setup and pack‑down
  • Identify and action improvement opportunities
  • Follow all WHS requirements and safety practices

What we’re looking for

You’re a reliable, skilled tradesperson (or experienced maintenance professional) who enjoys solving problems and getting things done. You’ll bring:

  • A trade qualification (Carpentry or Electrical preferred)
  • Proven experience in maintenance or facilities roles
  • Strong problem‑solving and practical skills
  • A customer‑focused approach—you’re approachable and respectful
  • Ability to prioritise, adapt, and work independently

Role Requirements

  • Satisfactory police check (or willingness to obtain through BallyCara)
  • Right to work in Australia
