As our Customer Service Officer (Health & Wellness), you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Support scheduling and coordination of Health & Wellness services
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate systems, documentation, and records
  • Support onboarding of new clients and staff
  • Contribute to service continuity, quality, and operational targets

You’ll be a key connector between our Wellness team, clients, and the wider BallyCara community.

About You: You’re a customer-focused professional who:

  • Has experience in customer service, administration, or scheduling roles
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity, and emotional intelligence
  • Is highly organised and confident juggling competing priorities
  • Works well independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Is curious, proactive, and aligned with BallyCara’s values

What You’ll Need:

  • Customer service or administration experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to BallyCara’s SONA® values
  • Experience in health, aged care, or wellness is highly regarded

Role Requirements:

  • Satisfactory police check (or willingness to obtain through BallyCara)
  • Right to work in Australia
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
