On Call Officer duties include:
- Be the go-to contact after hours—supporting staff and clients when it matters most.
- Respond to after-hours calls from clients and staff
- Coordinate urgent shift replacements and changes

- Update schedules and maintain accurate records
- Escalate urgent issues when needed
- Deliver clear handovers to the day team
Typical Schedule:
Week 1: Mon–Tues: 10am–2pm (Office), Wed–Fri: 5am–7am & 10am–2pm (WFH)
Week 2: Mon–Tues: 5am–7am & 10am–2pm (WFH), Wed–Fri: 10am–2pm (Office)
You’ll also cover leave for on-call shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
About you:
You’re organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely care about people with the following attributes:

Highly desirable:
