About the role
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the central point of contact for our customers—supporting them across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. As the first voice of BallyCara, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive and professional experience, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently and directed to the right team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact—handling calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Support enquiries and intake processes across multiple service areas.
- Coordinate bookings and admin support for wellness programs and services.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional reception environment.
- Act as a connector—linking customers with the right teams and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless and consistent service.
- Represent BallyCara as a true brand ambassador.
