About the role: This is more than a coordination role—this is people leadership with purpose. You’ll oversee and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care delivery while building a positive, engaged, and capable workforce. From recruitment and onboarding to performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement—you’ll be at the heart of it all.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
- Driving high standards of person‑centred care and service delivery
- Partnering with People & Culture to recruit and onboard great talent
- Supporting workforce planning and rostering in collaboration with internal teams
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Supporting CHSP client onboarding, reviews, and referrals
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders
- Fostering a positive, values‑driven team culture
