Stock Consultant – Full Time


As a Stock Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing stock performance and ensuring operational excellence across our store. You will analyze inventory data, anticipate product needs, and collaborate closely with both store management and sales teams to guarantee an exceptional client experience and seamless product flow.

Your Mission

  • Monitor and analyze stock levels, sell-through rates, and product performance to optimize inventory and product availability
  • Provide data-driven insights to support replenishment and allocation decisions
  • Coordinate with central teams and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and efficient stock rotation
  • Support the sales team with accurate product information and ensure smooth stockroom-to-sales coordination
  • Uphold Bally’s operational standards, compliance procedures, and best practices in inventory management
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented store environment


Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a stock management or consulting role, ideally within luxury retail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in stock management systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a proactive and detail-driven approach
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable managing complexity in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
