We are looking for passionate and results-oriented team players to start as soon as possible as Virtual Sales Account Manager based in Northwich.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business relationships for assigned customers remotely.
  • Collect and proactively use information on products, competitors’ activities, and customer requirements to implement remote/virtual sales.
  • Identify customers’ needs and awaken interest/demands.
  • Use cross-selling potential, drive Campaign Management, and Sales Push.
  • Search, identify, and follow up opportunities at the customer, developing additional potential.
  • Use and track the input of qualified leads from Marketing Automation for campaigns and new customers.
  • Provide technical-commercial consulting for catalog business and standard products.
  • Turn Balluff into the preferred supplier for the customer.

Your skills and competencies

  • You have successfully completed your studies to degree level in electrical engineering or STEM or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have a strong customer service orientation and use active listening to target the customer’s needs.
  • You possess remarkable negotiation skills and have experience in account management of sales.
  • You have a proactive, self-motivated, and empathetic personality (hunter, not farmer mentality).
  • You have a high affinity for virtual, phone, and digital channels and have experience in social selling.
  • You can count on basic technical knowledge in electronics.
  • You are proficient in MS-Office, SAP Basic, C4C, and communication tools.
