Responsibilities:- Servicing and repairing a range of plant equipment
- Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance and pre delivery inspection of equipment
- Ensuring customer service is kept to a high level and any queries are addressed
- Adhering to safety guidelines set and all policies set out by customers and Balloo Hire
- Ensuring all parts are ordered in line with company policy to ensure that strict deadlines are met
- Ensuring customer relationships are maintained and developed through high standards of service
- Relevant technical qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
