Hire Controller in Belfast

Overview

Opportunity: Hire Controller. Contract: Permanent • Full time. Location: Belfast. Hours: 45 per week (Monday – Friday including every other Saturday AM).

Responsibilities

• Setting up hire agreements and allocation of equipment, ensuring that all internal processes are followed.
• Liaising with operatives to arrange for pre-hire inspections on equipment.
• Planning delivery and collection of equipment for internal delivery fleet.
• Monitoring status of equipment to ensure that all equipment on hire is compliant.
• Accurately raising hire contracts ensuring the correct data is inputted into the system.
• Compiling and providing hire quotes for clients.
• Supporting sales team to ensure that any specific customer requirements are available and/or develop new product offerings to our clients.
• Ensuring that customers are informed of delivery/collection status.
