We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Talent Management Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing Talent & Media team. This role is designed for university students seeking hands-on experience in sports, entertainment, and talent management. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the process - from coordinating player appearances and shoots to supporting live events and building relationships with some of the most exciting names in football.
This is a dynamic, non-traditional role that will provide real insight into how a leading sports and media organisation manages elite talent in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the talent and media portfolio.
- Coordinate transport, logistics, and scheduling for talent appearances, shoots, and live events.
- Maintain and update internal trackers, calendars, and booking documents.
- Assist with on-site support during shoots, interviews, and live productions.
- Liaise with agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare briefs, call sheets, and basic documentation as required.
- Support with general operations, research, and ad-hoc project needs.
- Confident communicator with a professional, proactive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines calmly and efficiently.
- Comfortable working discreetly with high-profile talent.
