- Assist with logistics coordination, including venue setup, staffing, accreditation, and supplier management
- Help manage on-site operations during events; supporting crew, talent, and partners to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and update internal event schedules, contact sheets, and production documents
- Conduct research and compile briefs for upcoming events, suppliers, and partners
- Provide administrative support, including expense tracking, equipment inventory, and logistics coordination
- Work cross-functionally with the Talent, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless event delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic team player with a professional, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communicator who can work effectively across teams and with external partners
- Interest in sports, live events, or entertainment production
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Availability to work evenings and weekends during event periods
- This is an unpaid internship designed for educational and professional experience, with the potential for future paid opportunities
What You’ll Gain
- Hands-on experience in live event production, logistics, and sports operations.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration between operations, media, sport, and talent teams.
