Responsibilities
- Own the paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, programmatic and emerging channels.
- Spin up, structure and optimize ad accounts, pixels, CAPI/server-side tracking and first-party audiences.
- Design and maintain a transparent, multi-touch attribution model that blends different channels (web, app and CRM data).
- Rapid-fire test and optimize different campaigns; push live iterations evenings/weekends when campaigns demand it.
- Build reports that surface CAC, ROAS, LTV and creative insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing, Product & Data teams to unlock new growth loops.
- Establish a playbook for future launches and events.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years managing budgets with full-funnel ownership and accountability
- Expert in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer or Adjust)
- Proven success hitting CAC/ROAS targets while scaling spend efficiently
- Data-savvy: comfortable self-serving in tools like Snowflake
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
